18426 and 18381 Tour one; once again local management on tour one failed to ensure that mail handler assistants [MHA] do not work or fall into an overtime status; however, on two occasions MHA’s worked into an overtime status, thereby bypassing employees on the OTDL. Therefore, applicable employees shall receive overtime pay comparable to the hours worked by the MHA.
MHA Conversion; Effective October 27, 2018 ten  mail handler assistants shall be converted to full time career and assigned by preference to select open/residual jobs. Congratulations to all ten MHA’s.
