17375 Tour one; Grievant received an emergency suspension for conduct unbecoming; Issue resolved; Grievant was represented by shop steward Dennis Weinheim at an EEO-Redress. The parties reached a settlement where the emergency suspension shall be rescinded and the employee made whole for any loss of wages or benefits.
17313 Tour three; Issue argues that line management instructed a Power Industrial Vehicle Operator who holds a Linear Sorter assignment to provide the Robot with empty equipment-setting up. 17305 Tour three; Grievant was delayed and/or denied see a shop steward; Issue resolved; request to see a shop steward shall be provided without delay; however, unforeseen or unexpected circumstances may necessitate that the request for union time cannot be approved immediately. In such unanticipated situations the Union Representative will be provided time no less than 2-hours from the initial request... If a shop steward is not available management shall let the requesting party know the status of their request. Shop stewards in an overtime and/or Holiday status shall not be precluded from requesting and being granted union time.
