This Union had a meeting on August 6, 2020 where the Service informed us that there will be some changes to the machines on the work room floor such as the following;
1; Automation Room; the Service as you probably see have removed some  Automated Machines and some of the existing machines will be longer with more stackers.
2; The Manual section shall be relocated back to its original location adjacent to the Low Cost Tray Sorter.
3; APBS machine  will be down this Saturday August 8 and APBS  the Following Saturday August 15, 2020 between the hours of 6AM through 3PM. The Service will be raising the machine. I believe on Sunday, August 9 and August 16, 2020 one machine at a time will be down due to additional lifting all day.
3; Rumor; No machines such as the AFSM or the FSS will be eliminated.

20164 Tour three; in this issue the Service told an employee to go home due to spouse had COVID symptoms and to provide medical certification clearing him to resume work, Grievant complied and physician excused the employee for the remaining week; issue resolved the employee shall receive one day administrative leave.
20123/20122 All Tours; in this early Grievance circa March 2020, the Union argued that the Service is failing to provide safeguards against the COVID-19. In this issue the Union argued that sanitary wipes should be accessible in all work locations, including masks and gloves. Issue resolved and sanitary wipes are installed at all PIV charging areas.
